For teachers:

We run a number of training sessions for science teachers who wish assistance in using successful techniques to identify and contact local companies and to set up long-term partnerships to support their course specifications and maximise the learning for their students.

Current examples include:

• Annual delivery of parts of a 4-day course (course initially designed by BEM in 2005) at the National Science Learning Centre in York (2005 – present)

• ½-day and 1-day courses at various northern Regional Science Learning Centres (2007 – present)
