Model B is explicitly aimed at changing students’ perceptions of industry so that they can better understand how industry operates as an interesting, challenging and competitive business. This Model changes students; perceptions from neutral or, often, anti-industry to more pro-industry and inspires career aspirations. Typically, this programme runs over a 6-month period with a group of post-16 students.
